Basuki Prepares Programs of 3 in 1 Replacement

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama is about to decide programs replacing 3 in 1 after a trial hold on Tuesday (4/5). He prepares odd-even plate and electronic road pricing (ERP) system.
